Aquatic Aerobics:

  • Tuesday 7pm-7:50pm

  • Wednesday 9am-9:50am

  • Thursday 10am-10:50am

  • Thursday 7pm-7:50pm

  • Saturday 9am-9:50am

Water Walking/Laps:

  • Monday 10am-11am

  • Tuesday 11am-12pm

  • Tuesday 7:00pm-8:00pm (water walking only)

  • Wednesday 10am-11am

  • Thursday 11am-12pm

  • Thursday 7:00pm-8:00pm (water walking only)

  • Friday 1:15pm-2:15pm


Yoga:

  • Tuesday 8:45am-9:45am (In-water yoga) with Amy

  • Wednesday 7:00pm-8:00pm (Deck yoga - please bring your mats)with Chris

  • Thursday 8:45am-9:45am (In-water yoga) with Amy

  • Friday 6:15pm- 7:15pm (SUP yoga/Kid Swim) with Amy
